BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Soldiers Point… put it on your list! Port Stephens seems to keep calling us back, and each park we visit we know why.
We were there for the weekend, and our days were full of activities from swimming indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, bike track, jumping cushion, carts, kids club, and playground. Every kids’ (and adults whose mission it is to wear their kids out each day) dream. It doesn’t matter the season, this park will cater for it all.
Choosing a park in winter can be difficult but Ingenia Soldiers Point have you covered. For $50 for the duration of your stay, you can hire a gas heater and they will drop it off and pick it up from your site.
If you are still looking for more to do the RSL is right next door, which also has a great playground for the kids and great cocktails for the adults. Beach and café nearby or a short drive into Salamander, Nelson Bay, and Shoal Bay.
This park truly confirmed why buying a caravan was the best thing our family has done. We have missed out on so many gems that are sitting in our backyard and wouldn’t have been to this park if we didn’t have a caravan.
