Meet Shay and Dean Paine and their gorgeous kids Everly, Vinnie, and Mo.

Six years after winning the block in 2015, Shay and Dean are now taking a different pathway and endeavouring to complete The Big Lap in 12 months in their Jayco van. Shay and Dean are hoping to use their platform to inspire families to travel and have an adventure. After completing one small trip with the family, the decision was made to look at completing the biggest trip you could do at the moment; The BIG LAP around Australia in their newly purchased Jayco Journey Outback.

After weeks of modifications and getting the van ready, they are ready to hit the road and see where their journey takes them, although Shay has specified their stops have to be places where she doesn’t need a jacket and Dean’s wishlist includes seeing whale sharks.
